I've been a suffering addict for most of my life and I accepted that was my lot, after reaching rock bottom and just waiting to die I found Villa Paradiso on the net and from my first day in to my last day out I've had the most amazing experience. The staff and the centre have truly saved my life. From the owners to the management and all the therapists including the fantastic doctor, I owe them all my life. If you're suffering and need the best treatment, help and support then I would highly recommend Villa Paradiso. I was admitted to Villa Paradiso Rehab this year for a period of 28 days.
I consider this as the best choice I have made in my life. The Villa Paradiso team helped me to understand a lot of things, especially regarding my difficulties due to anxiety and ADHD issues.
I have never received that kind of help anywhere else even though I have tried in many years. I only regret not having found Villa Paradiso earlier.

I highly recommend Villa Paradiso Rehab. You come out a different person and certainly by far the best version of yourself.

I checked into Villa Paradiso in a total mess, it was tough but I got through it and it was the best experience of my life, the owner Chris and the therapist Matthew Idle personally helped me along with Martina the chef and everybody else, Thank you.

Having the unfortunate experience of multiple relapses, I decided to go for the full 28 days program (as opposed to 7 days each time).

Chose this place and regret it every moment of my life. The staff are rude, incompetent and disrespectful.

I've heard similar stories from other poor folks after the fact. Pity I didn't do my homework more thoroughly.

I left the place early for the obvious reasons stated above. I don't think any human being with half a brain would want to be subjected to the kind of disrespect shown.

Happy to send a formal complaint in writing but what will that solve? Am I going to get a refund on the unused days of the treatment?

Would highly recommend staying away from this place.

Great place, great people, great programme in place while there and after care also. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, the staff are great even now after leaving a few months ago I am in touch with them on a regular basis and keep them posted on my progress and anytime I feel in doubt.
