Trying to get an inter county transfer is the most difficult thing. None of their employees want to help. I’ve been hung up on and transferred to voicemails multiple times, never getting a call back. When your job consists of assisting the public, I think it’s important to hire people who WANT to help. This has been the worst county I have ever dealt with. I have done this same job in a different county, so I know the work is not difficult. You just need to actually care about other people.

No answer. No call back. No caring at all. All the negative reviews on here couldn’t have said it any better. So disappointing. No help at all. What are these people getting paid for it makes no sense of their response and the attitude they give when we’re being extremely nice and looking for help what is the reason for their rude behavior

Lack of work ethics, lack of communication, and I'm afraid leadership skills need work. You've got to be a proactive health advocate for yourself or they won't help you. I understand this field requires patience and understanding on the other end. But, please, there's folks who truly need services with a case worker who's not only compassionate about others, but gets the job done. I hope they recreate a training curriculum that will foster a better system. Speak up. Open yourself to not only be heard but listened to.

Received a discontinue notice for medical my permanently disabled brother. Left messages for weeks for the counselor, never a call back. Could not make an appointment, no appointment line. Have to go to Stockton personally to sit there to resolve this issue. No online help via computer. Terrible service in SSI, IHSS and Medical. The responses I have gotten are " I do not care".

My experience over the phone with MediCal in this county was terrible. The lady was incredibly unhelpful and rude when I asked questions regarding my sick son. They should have a training course on talking over the phone with people, and remember that we are real people who have real problems and are calling them for help, not to be brushed off. Incredibly disappointed and upset with this county's MediCal employment service.

Everytime I want to get ahold of my case worker she is gone! Never returns calls. Tried getting ahold of the supervisor as well! Same thing!!!! Unbelieveable!!!!
