Today was my first time at MedBeautyLA, and honestly, it was the best experience I've had with Botox so far. Elizabeth Nguyen was my injector (I got Botox for my masseter and crow’s feet), and she was super personable and informative. The process itself was quick and painless.

I also asked Elizabeth for recommendations on other treatments I might consider, and she was super thoughtful and informative. She gave me advice based on my aesthetic goals and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. I’m a firm believer that less is more when it comes to injectables, so I really appreciated that—especially since there are a lot of unethical injectors out there.

The front desk staff was lovely, though I didn’t catch her name. She made the whole experience from start to finish feel really welcoming and answered all my questions about pricing, etc.

The clinic itself is modern, clean, and relaxing. I came in on a Sunday, and street parking was pretty easy to find, but there’s also a paid garage right across the street if you don’t want to deal with the street parking.

All in all, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Micro needling completely transformed my skin! It's easily one of the best choices I've ever made. I was pleasantly surprised by their customer service. I had expected micro needling to be painful, but it wasn't at all. They applied numbing cream before the treatment, which made it painless. Afterward, they even provided me with three skincare products. It took about five days for my skin to fully heal, but the results were definitely worth it.

Post-treatment, my skin felt as smooth as a baby's, with pores barely visible. I highly recommend it to anyone struggling with skin concerns. Believe me, after the session, my face was radiantly glowing, just like the sun!
